The Leave of Absence Policy of the Kingdom of Habbo delivers a guide regarding taking a leave from the Kingdom. Members must follow these regulations to maintain their status at the Kingdom.
LoA Request Guidelines:
The maximum period of time where a member can be absent for without consequences differs in EACH division.
Badge removals are conducted based on your last recorded portal promotion and online time. We encourage members from Tradesmen to Kingdom Masters to ensure their online time is visible. iL members are required to have their online time visible.

LoA Rules
Members on LoA are permitted to perform the selective activities in the Kingdom.
LoA Request Guidelines:
- An LoA should be requested at least 24 hours prior to commencement of the LOA.
- To apply for an LoA, the member is expected to fill in the form on portal, under “Leaves”.
- Approval of LoA for members between Tradesmen to Kingdom Masters is performed by 2iL+. They have the right to decline any LoA if they don’t see fit.
- Only Foundation can approve LoA of iLs.
- Once approved, an “[LoA]” tag should be added to your motto.
- Do not turn off the Online Time displayed on Habbo profile. Doing so may result in removal of badges.

Tradesmen to Kingdom Masters:
- An LoA is needed if members are away for more than 60 days. After 60 days, badges are subject to removal.
- The maximum period of absence without consequence for members from Tradesmen to Kingdom Masters is 2 months.
- Failing to follow the regulations will be subjected to the removal of badges and ranks.
In Lines:
- An LoA is needed if an iL is away for more than 7 days. After 7 days, the iL position is subject to removal.
- The maximum period of absence without consequence for an iL is 1 month.
- If an iL takes an LOA for more than 1 month, they are subject to losing their rank and will face a re-evaluation upon returning.
- Failing to follow the regulations will be subjected to the removal of badges and ranks.
LoA Rules
Members on LoA are permitted to perform the selective activities in the Kingdom.
- Permitted: Fill the front desk, populate base, perform RR and BA duties.
- Not Permitted: Earn/give promotions, training, perform Disciplinary/Unit/iL duties (Pay Team duties are exempted).
- Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate termination of member’s LOA application.
